• REST API services (when available)

IMPORTANT: TravelAdvisory aggregates publicly available information from the US State Department. We do not create or modify travel advisories.

When our REST API becomes available, additional terms will apply including:

• API key management and security requirements
• Service level agreements for paid tiers
• Attribution requirements for commercial use

Our Content: The TravelAdvisory platform, including our website, API design, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Government Data: Travel advisory data is public domain information from the US State Department. We claim no ownership over this underlying data.

Trademarks: "TravelAdvisory" and related marks are our trademarks. Use without permission is prohibited.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• TravelAdvisory is not liable for travel decisions made based on our information

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services (currently $0 for free tier)
